The house is essentially a single-storey building, although an office space nestles in underneath the front elevation, and the main bedroom runs along on top of the internal promenade containing the kitchen and dining areas.
The south eastern side of the house offers no connection with the neighbour. Instead the house is U shaped with a promenade of pavillion spaces forming, a courtyard with swimming pool, oriented towards the north-east.
A low wall with well-established plants in the neighbourhing property provides privacy on the side. The limestone paving on the courtyard continues intot he living, kitchen and dining areas creating a permanent sense of connection between inside and outside. This is assisted by the continuous glazing of the internal promenade.
