Located in a leafy suburb near Rossily Park, this project incorporates sustainable design with modern contemporary living.

The two storey, stepped down addition provides a visual break from the traditional 1940’s home which fronts the property. The entire site has been redesigned to incorporate open-planned living spaces and separate sleeping areas, with room for extended family visits.

The house features underground rainwater tanks which pump water to bathrooms, kitchen and laundry, photo-voltaic cells for generating 2kW of power, grey water system for recycling, solar hot water panels for in-ground hydronic floor heating and hot water and strategically located window openings for ventilation and cooling.
