This 5,800m2 refurbishment of four floors of National Australia Bank House in Sydney, accommodates 400 staff.
The cultural workplace principles established in Campus MLC, have been adapted to suit a CBD corporate client focus. This adaptation entailed an increase in the number of meeting rooms and other communal facilities supporting the flexible, open workspace, which itself was designed to accommodate a diverse range of business units.
These meeting rooms and community spaces cluster around a new stair which provides a vital and interactive core for the new workplace. As with the Campus MLC design strategy, the design approach, materials and furniture are derived from the residential realm.
