The pavillion extension was used to create additional living and study areas.
The new wing is connected to the original house by means of a glazed lobby.
The new living area, furnished exclusively in tones of white and grey , has a polished bluestone floor and a gently curved perforated ceiling. The firepalce is detached from the full height windows of the end wall, while the side wall, entirely of glass ,looks over a tennis court.
