Smooth and textured concrete surfaces lend this house a solid, but severely minimalist appearance.
Designed as a showpiece of insulated concrete technology by Christopher de Campo and Genevieve Nevett, the house is one of a pair of almost identical villas sharing a common party wall.
The main level of the house, raised well above a leafy street in Melbourne's Toorak, is divided into outdoor terrace with pool.
Living area with steps Leading up to the bedrooms, and dining zone and kitchen, each
stepping up from the other towards the back of the house. Entry from the street is along a narrow pathway to one side.
