Regents Court was designed by the team of D4 Design, who were most noted for the Rockpool Restaurant in the Rocks, Sydney.
The interior seeks to provide a stylish 'home away from home' feel, unlike any existing in the market.
All muted colours, stainless steel and modern lines, each apartment has its own well equipped kitchen, dining area and individual bathroom. Extensive use of Australian mahogany paneling delineates the sleeping area and contains wardrobe, ironing facilities and in some rooms fold out single beds.
All apartments are spacious, light and airy, offering air-conditioning, overhead fans and windows that open.
Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Potts Point, the building is close to the centre of Sydney, while at the same time offering a high degree of privacy and security.
Regents Court is Blake's, without the pretension or the price tag, but with the moody interiors. American artist Allan Kaprow loved it so much he gave it one of his pictures, and the sole blocks of colour are the Bauhaus chairs. Up on the roof is a delicious garden with trickling fountains and a great view of the Opera House and Sydney Harbour Bridge.
