The $170 million project involves the construction of two tower buildings on a site fronting Charles and Little Streets.

Multiplex has been awarded the contract by the Department of Public Works and Services which has a 15-year lease with ABN AMRO for 32,500 square metres of office space in the complex.

In the biggest decentralisation of public servants out of Sydney in the past 15 years, the NSW Government will relocate 1,350 non-frontline police staff from six locations in inner Sydney to the new complex at Parramatta in the western suburbs.

The 2 separate buildings have unencumbered floor plates to maximise the efficiency and flexibility of the fitout and are connected by a separate lift and services core.

A 3 storey glazed lobby creates an impressive entry on the street corner.

The podium levels have been developed with amenities for occupants including a gymnasium, cafeteria, coffee lounge.

The facilities are arranged along a linear boulevarde to encourage informal integrationand look out upon a private garden.
