The design of this new precinct focuses on reflecting the core values and aspirations of Minter Ellison, communicating a powerful corporate statement to their existing and prospective clients.
The early work endeavoured to understand both the pragmatic and philosophical aims of the project, that is, the mix of spaces and capacity, their usage and expression, and what the level of translation from the existing south to the new north tower should be.
The exponential growth and increasing diversity of Minter Ellison directed the key design decisions: to create an environment considered progressive in its approach, detailed and varied in its expression, referential and respectful of its roots.
