Having commissioned a sculptor and an architect to conceive the form of the building, the developer made the decision to invest in a specialist interior designer for long term marketing purposes.
This was to ensure that the interior volumes were developed with the focus and attention required to achieve the level of quality expected by the market and in turn to meet the projected sale prices. Carr designs role involved rigorous participation in both the structural and services engineering aspects of the project.
