Originally built in 1885, this two-storey Victorian house in Mosman has been extensively refurbished to introduce contemporary living spaces, a new cellar and generous bedroom suites, as well as ESD initiatives such as grey water re-use and passive solar design.

A key aspect of the planning was to showcase the owner's contemporary Australian art collection and at the same time connecting the indoor living areas with new and existing garden features.

Whist retaining much of the symmetry and dignity of their Victorian past, the rooms now have a contemporary relevance which befits a busy family home.
