An expressway runs along the south side; rocky terrain dotted with varieties of local trees lies to the west;the outline of the city can be seen to the east and small houses typical of the neighborhood flank the north side.
The project filters these characteristic towards the interior, in order to set up a dialogue with the surroundings. In formal terms, this resulted in a simple, elegant box that provides the home with a wide range of spatial relationships.
This diversity is heightened by the contrasts between the dark wood, polished concrete and white bricks.
