The challenge for the architect owner occupiers was how to put all their ideas into the one place without overdoing it.
The simple beauty of this work lies in the practice of restraint.
What has been extracted is a sense of seemless detailing resulting in a series of planes associated with each space.
Space was limited to 60 sq mtrs including balcony, bedroom , kitchen and combined dining/living areas.
Given the spatial limitations there is a conscious reliance on highly reflective surfaces to visually expand the space with light and reflection.
