An addition to the roof of a refurbished 1970's hotel, this penthouse has views to the north, south and west, encompassing the harbour, city skyline and rooftop views of Kings Cross and Darlinghurst.

A central open-planned space running from the north to the south facades accommodates the kitchen to the south and living and dining areas to the north. A mirror clad module houses a laundry, powder room and kitchen refrigeration. The west wing contains a large master bedroom suite with ensuite and sitting area.

The east wing contains two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a study. Soft grey stone floors throughout, light timber wall panelling, sisal rugs and leather and linen upholstered furniture create a warm, light filled, luxurious feel. The penthouse operates as a serviced three bedroom executive suite for a boutique hotel.
