This family house in North Curl Curl is on-site (2009) and these images represent the early stages of a very exciting project for us. A lightweight serpentine form snakes over a rock podium nestled firmly into the landscape.

The design is a marriage of the local Council controls, the neighbouring buildings, the stunning views and the clients' brief.

Interestingly on this project the Client changed mid-way through and we were retained on the project with largely the same building.

Breathtaking views to the ocean and the city skyline create a sublime backdrop to this sophisticated family retreat. Designed by acclaimed architects MAC Interactive to take full advantage of its northerly bushland aspect and sweeping ocean panorama. Wrapped in light catching glass walls that open to wide decks enjoying beautiful sea breezes - this is one of North Curl Curls finest homes.

Positioned on manicured level lawns with a sparkling heated pool providing seamless easy flow living the moment you enter. Located just moments to the beach, schools, parks and seaside cafes.

No expense has been spared in its bespoke designer fit out that boasts Lime wash timber flooring, louvered windows, retractable glass sliding doors and Travertine feature walls. Level access is provided from the street via a suspended timber walk bridge that leads to a spectacular opaque glass framed entrance foyer.
