Buildcorp won the 2006 MBA ‘Excellence in Construction’ award for a Commercial Building for this project.

Buildcorp were responsible for the construction of 6 separable portions of the project.

The works commenced with the Foxtel Broadcast Centre (FBC) which included complete services upgrade and construction of new computer rooms and tape library which operate 24/7 and support the main broadcast centre. This was followed by FBC2 and Buildings 3, 4 and 5.

Buildcorp Interiors carried out the complete fitout and refurbishment over 6 floors of an existing stand-alone building for FOXTEL’s new corporate headquarters.

The scope of works encompassed a full building upgrade including all services, base building core facilities, new cooling towers, lift upgrades and general infrastructure.
