Diageo's brief was to create an in-house training centre which would make staff feel like they were away from the office.
Watermark designed a series of enclosed meeting spaces, large conference rooms, casual breakout zones, playroom and zen den spaces which provide fun, flexible areas for team building, and sales conferences.
All employees are challenged to stretch themselves, create constructive conflict, challenge issues directly and engage others, transcending traditional hierarchical structures. Senior leaders reinforce this in meetings and decision-making processes.
A palette of colourful finishes, furniture, lighting and graphics creates a stimulating, interactive environment and reinforces Diageo's brand identity.
In Australia, Diageo employs more than 400 people across two production facilities
and six offices countrywide.
