This is precisely what the owner/architect Stephen Buzacott intended when he njoined forces with well known interior designer Paul Ocolisan for the project. Originally a rundown two storey terrace with dingy living quarters on the ground floor and two bedrooms divided by a central staircase on the second floor, the terrace now thrid level.
