The Brindabella Commercial Centre is the first new building to be completed in the Brindabella Office Park at Canberra International Airport.
It is a two-storey office building comprising of two office wings linked by a generous atrium space.
An organic monolith intersects with the atrium end wall to the north creating a striking contrast to the sleek, sharp lines of the office wings.
Within this yellow monolith are the conference rooms, sanitary facilities, plant areas and a café®Â
The Brindabella Commercial Centre marks a significant change in approach to office space design as it breaks many of the common norms.
In this building there are high floor to floor ceiling heights, raking ceilings and unusually high windows.
Services are arranged on the perimeter of the space. Tenants have the opportunity to break free from the standard fitout parameters, to customise their space and to optimize their working environment.
