Boheme, situated in the heart of Bondi Beach, is set to become Bondi’s most privileged address.

Boheme boasts contemporary world class design by award winning architects Bates Smart, where meticulously created residences embrace breathtaking Beach & Ocean views.

Décor themes Dusk, Sunrise & Twilight provide a unique aesthetic mood entirely in keeping with Boheme’s spacious, light filled ambience.

Premium finishes include wide oak timber floorboards, limestone floors to wet areas, stone benchtops, Miele stainless steel appliances and ducted reverse cycle air-conditioning.

Boheme at Bondi beach unveiled Bates Smart’s latest luxury residential project with long term clients, the Toga Group.
Bates Smart’s design team successfully transformed the ground floor of the iconic Hakoah Club into an elegant space that
encapsulates the spirit and style of Bondi and provides a unique sales space.

The display suite is entered through a sales space of raw and pared back materials which work in contrast to the refined elegance of the display apartment. A curved partition emulates the sculptural form of the residential building and acts as a screen between the sales and display spaces.

Material palettes of ‘sunrise’, ‘dusk’ and ‘twilight’ are offered, inspired by the buildings undeniably famous setting of Bondi Beach. The display apartment incorporates a kitchen,living and bathroom using the ‘sunrise’ scheme of aged oak floor, natural stone benchtops, bespoke stone tiles.
