The primary design objective was to create a model new workplace envionment - an open, studio space with all staff working around large communal tables supported by a variety of meeting spaces.
This entry is beautiful but simply resolved. The use of paint to replicate stainless steel, to reflect its economical budget, is very successful.
The office comprises a series of zones: public/front of house, meeting and reception facilites, which merge with more informal group spaces and utility functions.
Warmly lit white walls and joinery create a back drop to the workspace that is accentuated by darkly painted architectural elements delineating the space.
