AON, as part of a national upgrade of facilities throughout Australia, adopted a single workstation standard for each office fitout.
The planning of space within the tenancy is traditional with perimeter glass fronted offices, a central zone of workstations and an inner core of utility and amenity space.
The office workplace features a large central breakout space where staff are encouraged to interact and exchange ideas. The design is modern with a café atmosphere.
The public reception and arrival zone features a geometric staircase linking the executive and operational functions.
