Financial consulting firm Arthur Andersen's
relocation to Sydney's CBD after a decade in Nth Sydney, plus a change of name to Andersen, signalled a new vision for the
company.

With a desire to be the pre-eminent e-firm and to create an environment in which its people could develop intelligent and complex solutions for clients, Andersen needed a new work place model.

It needed quiet places for concentrated work, place for collaborative work and discreet places for one-on-one interaction.

The entire project was over 8 floors and covered 11,000 sq mtrs.

The fitout reflects a hi-tech, rapid response, client oriented, and state of the art service provider The overall effect communicates a mood of modernity and innovation. But by using natural materials, natural light and quality detailing any suggestion of stridency or self-congratulation is avoided.

At the same time, the distribution of spaces, their variety of scale and acoustic control create an atmosphere of focused calm.
