The owner of 7 Apples Gelato is Mark Mariotti. Mark is Melbourne born and bred of Italian heritage. His dream was to open an authentic Italian gelateria in Melbourne. It started with a trip to Tuscany, working in established Italian gelaterias to learn the art of gelato, returning to Melbourne to open 7 Apples Gelato in July 2001.
The store is one that you won't miss....apple green glass walls, stainless steel displays, clean modern lines.....a Chris Connell design.
The gelato and sorbets are all made fresh on the premises daily (just look through the back of counter and see the gelato production in action). 7 Apples Gelato sources only the best and freshest ingredients. 26 flavours available at any one time with about 100 flavours in all.
