INTRODUCTION
I moved to Australia in 1999.
Currently working as a professional photographer shooting people, portraits, interiors, and exploring the possibilities of high end digital photography.
I also develop my own work and recently had a solo show at Gallery Exposure in Balmain called Supacolourfloralistic. Images form this collection are available on canvas, and are supplied to interior designers, architects and a number of retail outlets.
I began working as an assistant to various photographers in London in 96 whilst building my own photography work and constantly developing and exhibiting my personal work.
Higher Education:
Manchester Metropolitan University, 1992 –95
BA (hons) Fine Art Printmaking.
Developed work through exploring various printmaking and photographic techniques. Studied Art History, Media, and American Literature.
My final show was a collection of images developed from photographs and drawings of the human body twisting, floating, falling or gliding underwater. A combination of photographs and screen prints – produced through painting layers of an image onto the screen and printing layer upon layer of semi transparent ink, to produce a one-off print with loose painterly marks.
