INTRODUCTION

Shooting subjects as diverse as portraits, interiors and still-life means that no two days are the same for Anson Smart.

The Sydney-based photographer divides his time between editorial assignments for magazines including Belle and Harpers Bazaar, and advertising with recent clients including Johnny Walker, Ikea and Heineken.

But that's exactly the way he likes it. "I love the variety," Smart says. "It's all about using light to bring beauty to the everyday".
