INTRODUCTION
Reuter, Robert

He lives and works as a designer on the north shore of Long Island. Reuter has served as an adjunct faculty in industrial design at Tech for many years.
After earning a degree in architecture from Virginia Polytechnic Institute, Robert Reuter spent three years developing the Morrison office system for Knoll with Andrew Morrison, from 1977 to 1980.
Until 1987, Reuter was senior development manager, and much of the time was dedicated to the design and engineering of the Morrison office system. Reuter has designed numerous office products for Knoll from 1989-2005.
His currently heads his own design consultancy, Reuter Design, and is an adjunct faculty member of Virginia Tech College of Architecture and Urban Studies.
His furniture, designed for Knoll, is in wide use and has received numrous awards. He is a past recipient of the George Nelson award for furniture design and his work was included in the Museum of Modern Art “Workspheres ” exhibition.
Rozier, Charles
born 1951
Birthplace: USA
Charles Rozier and his firm Rozier Studio have received numerous awards for industrial design including the Braun Prize and the ID Best of Category award for consumer products.
Holding graduate degrees in both engineering and art, Rozier also served as vice president for product development at Knoll. He directed the Knoll Morrison Office System design, and is co-designer of the Knoll Currents modular furniture system, introduced in 1998, and AutoStrada, introduced 2004.
He has served on the adjunct industrial design faculty at the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, and has lectured at the Rhode Island School of Design and the Cranbrook Academy of Art. He holds a bachelor's and master's degree from Brown University, as well as a master's degree from Cranbrook.
